Accredited dispensing organizations are permitted to dispense cannabis solutions to registered health care marijuana clients in Texas, but they can't offer cannabis for recreational use. For each the Texas Controlled Substances Act, cannabis can be a Schedule I controlled compound; therefore, its use or sale for recreational purposes is prohibited.
